Dr. Woodard is a pediatric hematologist-oncologist and stem cell transplant physician. He has more than 20 years of expertise in hematology and oncology clinical research and clinical trials. He has been responsible for trials in multiple solid tumor types and in malignant and benign hematologic disorders. He has developed different therapeutic modalities, including cancer immunotherapies, small molecules, monoclonal antibodies, cellular therapies and oncolytic viruses. He is a clinical developer, having led development programs at Amgen, Genentech, Bellicum, Immune-Onc, and Imugene, supporting oncology and malignant and benign hematology programs. He has had leadership roles as CMO for the past 7+ years, leading clinical development, regulatory, clinical operations, safety and biometrics functions. His most recent role prior to joining Soley was CMO at Imugene Therapeutics. Dr. Woodard received his M.D. and his B.A. in chemistry at the University of North Carolina.
